Today, Presbyterian Hospital hosted its annual 'Daffodil Days' fundraiser to help the elderly, with 260 volunteers arranging 100,000 flowers for those in end-of-life care.
Donations and daffodil sales will happen Friday at pop-up shops in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho—and Santa Fe.
Today, the Coalition to Stop Violence Against Native Women held its Breaking Cycles of Violence Conference from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. near Rio Rancho—bringing together tribal officials, advocates and service providers to discuss strategies addressing violence against Native women and the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls crisis.

APD is investigating a shooting at the Barcelona Suites Hotel (900 Louisiana Blvd. NE) that happened this morning after officers responded to a call, located a victim with a gunshot wound, and transported them to a local hospital where the victim remains in critical condition.
