- ➤ Sandoval County commissioners advanced a $497 million revenue bond for the Diamond Tail solar and battery project—set to begin construction in spring 2027—to supply 43% of project revenues to local schools. They also approved a balanced fiscal year 2026 budget with 22 new positions and a new contract with firefighters—steps that support local energy development and critical public services.
