The Take a Ride on Us program offers safe discounted Uber rides for Fourth of July weekend in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho.
Residents can use code NMUSA250 in the Uber app (providing $10 off two rides per person) until Monday, Jul. 6 at 2 a.m.
The city of Rio Rancho will host its Fourth of July celebration at Campus Park (2516 King Blvd. NE) on Saturday, July 4.
The event will include a parade at 6 p.m., performances by the Rio Grande Symphonic Band and NM Philharmonic, and fireworks from 5 to 10 p.m.
