- ➤ The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Sandoval County Arroyo Flood Control Authority have signed an agreement to construct the Middle Venada Water Quality Facility, a $2.1 million project aiming to prevent 96% of stormwater runoff in the Venada watershed from polluting the Rio Grande.
