Join us for an invigorating all-levels flow. This class covers the basic sun salutations, standing poses, hip-openers, seated poses, twists, backbends, and simple inversions in order to gain flexibility, strength, and stamina. Newer students can build a strong base and practice modifications, while more seasoned yogis can explore deeper variations of the poses.
